**What this opportunity involves**:
Join our dynamic team at an iconic A-grade commercial asset We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations on a part-time basis.
**An overview of the role**:
- Manage financial admin tasks (invoice processing, purchase orders, accruals)
- Support lease financial administration
- Assist in arrears management and tenant financial queries
- Prepare budget tracking, forecasts, and quarterly financial reports
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers on billing and compliance
- Maintain tenant records and lease databases
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
- 1-2 years' experience in finance, accounts, or commercial property support
- Experience with property management/finance platforms (MRI, Yardi) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive mindset and collaborative approach
