**About the role**
Due to an internal promotion, WesTrac have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and team orientated Service Administrator to join our Constructions/Trucks team based in Tomago. As the first point of contact for the branch, this role will see you providing a high level of service to both internal and external customers, along with day to day administration support.
As a Service Operations Administrator for WesTrac you will work within a medium sized team. Reporting to the branch manager, you will:
- Provide general administrative support to a team of tradespeople and office based staff
- Maintain team member training records and book training and inductions as required
- Process invoices and assist with data entry for work orders
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding the purchasing of goods and services
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous purchasing and customer service experience
- Previous experience in a similar industry (Preferred but not essential).
- Proven time management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
- Excellent communication skills - Interpersonal, written and verbal
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
