**About the role**
WesTrac is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Mt Thorley Reporting to the Branch Manager, our Service Administrator is responsible for ensuring compliance of policies and procedures, document management, coordinating fleet administration, procurement, and customer service support to ensure the smooth flow of work and operations.
This is a fulltime, permanent position, working Monday to Friday.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Organising PPE requirements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Time capture reporting
- Maintain team member training records and book training and inductions as required
- Process invoices and assist with data entry for work orders
- General administration duties
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous purchasing and customer service experience
- Previous experience in a similar industry (Preferred but not essential).
- Proven time management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
- Excellent communication skills - Interpersonal, written and verbal
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in SAP is highly regarded
