Join our team as a Facilities and Assets Administrator in a permanent part-time capacity. This role requires working three days a week, eight hours per day. Your primary responsibility will be providing crucial administrative support to the Facilities and Assets team in Tomago and Casula. This includes covering for the full-time Facilities Administration role during periods of sick leave and annual leave, as well as offering general administration assistance to the Facilities and Assets function across New South Wales. In addition, you will oversee site security administration activities. Reporting directly to the Facilities, Assets, and Compliance Manager, your duties will encompass various tasks, such as ensuring compliance with site access requirements for employees and contractors, liaising with contractors to guarantee adherence to WesTrac safety policies and procedures, managing lease payments, and performing general administrative duties.

**Skills & Experience**
- Highly developed administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal).
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.
- Advanced computer literacy skills, including proficient with office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet objectives.
- Ability to work successfully within a team as well as autonomously.
- Previous experience utilising security and accounting systems such as SAP, Gallagher Security System, and Concur (desirable).

**Responsibilities**
- Manage security administration to ensure employees and contractors meet the correct site access requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractor management regulations.
- Perform general administration tasks, including handling purchase orders for NSW branches, documenting meeting minutes, managing documents, and providing support to the Tomago facility maintenance team.
- Maintain and take responsibility for the NSW facility lease and utilities database.
