**About the Role**

WesTrac have a unique opportunity for an energetic and resolution focussed Governance Administrator to join the Operational Excellence Team based from our Tomago Branch.

The Operational Excellence team is a group of passionate, professional, supportive and high performing individuals collectively responsible for delivering innovative solutions and support to our Operational Departments.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Governance Administrator is our ERP system Super User, working closely with our operational stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve queries for work order reconciliation as well as governing and maintaining the system. In this dynamic position you will utilise your passion for data analysis and practical problem-solving skills to effectively manage requests through the Service Work Order Helpdesk, as well as providing system governance feedback to the Operational Excellence Team and respective department.

This position will be offered as a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Champion the Super User functions of our ERP system
- Manage the service work order reconciliation to ensure compliance with company policies and best practice
- Respond and process helpdesk tickets and enquiries
- Accurate and timely data entry to coincide with month end reconciliation of customer invoicing
- System governance feedback Identifying improvement initiatives and training for the operational teams
- Provide administration support to the wider Operational Excellence Team

**Skills & Experience**
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent
- Advanced level of the Microsoft Office suite; particularly Excel and Word
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve issues
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet and prioritise competing deadlines
- Committed to understanding customer needs with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
