KPMG’s national People & Inclusion (P&I) team is looking for an Emerging Talent Manager to work as part of a national Emerging Talent team, as we transform the Early Careers space, and programs to meet heightened business needs and a changing market.
Reporting into the Head of Emerging Talent, you’ll lead the overall delivery of our student recruitment processes & external engagement for your division, bringing insights on recruitment processes and trends and developing relationships with key internal stakeholders.

You’ll join a national team that are responsible for delivering KPMG’s graduate and vacation programs, working alongside your peers in the delivery of the over-arching student recruitment strategy. You will be a high calibre professional, and your responsibilities will include (and not be limited to) the following:
- Lead the management of the seamless execution of our end to end graduate assessment process nationally, for your respective portfolio, liaising with internal stakeholders to operationalise graduate recruitment
- Understanding mid to long term student recruitment strategy and ambitions, budgets, challenges and barriers
- Accountable for developing a pro-active presence in the market that demonstrates an understanding of the key talent audiences.
- Responsible for supporting in actively seeking out and utilising innovative platforms and channels, including targeted strategies, to open up new ways of attracting talent and achieving a market leading position.
- Collaboration with key stakeholders (business groups, Inclusion & Diversity, Branding, Sourcing team, Universities, etc.)
- Providing appropriate briefings to business representative before events (on campus, assessment days and internal programs)
- Working with the team to ensure the success of assessment days, graduate onboarding and vacation programs
- Supporting in the implementation of new recruitment technologies as required to support graduate recruitment
- Ownership of campaign analytics and dashboard to feed into campus strategies for relevant portfolio (Diversity, issue areas) and areas of improvement
- Providing leadership and direction to the Recruitment Consultants, leading by example to drive motivation, create engagement; and support them in their careers.
- Accountable for providing accurate market insights, using them to proactively drive continuous improvements within work and communicate progress to key stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.

- Campus recruitment expert with excellent market knowledge
- High impact communicator who can successfully manage a diverse group of stakeholders who may have conflicting requirements.
- Ability to manage client relationships and act as an effective ambassador for KPMG Recruitment and Employer Brand
- You will be a role model, inspiring others to live KPMG values, behaviours and performance excellence. Ensuring delivery capability of team, team management, coaching and development and feedback through appraisal process.
**Desirable Skills**
- Recruitment marketing, events or account management experience with experience gained ideally in-house or in an external marketing agency.
- Experience of working within agreed HR policies and processes.
