The role will see you leading student hiring activities for a designated portfolio and working closely with Universities to build awareness of KPMG through events and engaging with the student community.

**Your Opportunity**

You’ll join a national team that are responsible for delivering KPMG’s graduate and vacation programs, working alongside your peers in the delivery of the over-arching student recruitment strategy. Working closely with the Campus Manager, this is how your days could look:

- Advising and supporting Partners, hiring managers and teams on their role in the recruitment process
- Managing the high-volume hiring campaign and maintaining momentum to meet key milestones and timelines
- Challenging the business on D&I goals - presents balanced shortlists with diverse talent
- Gathering insights and analysing qualitative and quantitative data throughout the graduate recruitment campaign
- Contributing to and responsible for implementing our campus strategy
- Deploying campus marketing and social media strategies
- Managing the firm’s attendance at a variety of promotional events
- Developing new initiatives to promote KPMG on campus and engage with students in innovative ways
- Actively participates in attraction, assessment, and early identification programs to ensure a positive brand experience and appropriate business representation
- Engaging with Universities and external bodies to continually strengthen relationships and collaboration
- Supporting delivery of Emerging Talent/TA/P&I projects
- Showing high initiative to support on P&I/TA initiatives outside of personal job scope
