**The Organisation**

Our client a well-known global leader, operating in the financial services sector is seeking a head of talent to join their team in Sydney. Operating in over 70 countries they are one of the largest financial services organisations in the world. In this role you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the talent strategy.

**The Role**

Reporting directly into the manager of People & Learning you will have full autonomy to run the talent function working closely with a team of business partners. You will create and deliver people attraction strategies that align with the organisation’s strategic goals, managing all aspects of the project, including budgets. You will work with the wider talent team to streamline the onboarding experience and work to provide a positive employee experience at all levels. Working closely with the wider HR Team, you will champion the EVP and ensure it is embedded in your function. As well as this you will act as the main point of contact for the hiring of senior leaders and executives.
