Job Description

Join our Talent team at TAL as a Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist on a 12-month contract. If you're keen to take your recruitment career further, this is a great spot to learn and grow with a friendly, high-performing crew. You'll get stuck into the whole recruitment process, from finding top talent and building our employer brand, to lending a hand to senior stakeholders across key business areas.

We're looking for someone who's already got solid experience as an internal recruiter and isn't afraid to bring fresh ideas and use AI tools to make work smarter. You'll have plenty of support as you sharpen your skills and pitch in with the team. If you're proactive, curious, and want to make a real difference, we'd love to have you on board.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, assessment and selection of internal and external talent
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, using LinkedIn campaigns and our CRM SmartRecruiters
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to drive positive talent outcomes
  • Be a brand ambassador for TAL by continuing to build our employee brand in the external market, ensuring we're recognised as an employer of choice
  • Assist with operational recruitment reporting, projects, and process improvements across the Talent team

Qualifications

  • End to end talent acquisition experience, ideally within Insurance, Superannuation or Financial Services
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders at of all levels of the organisation
  • Appreciation and commitment to a positive candidate experience, plus a real sense of teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset
