**About the role**:
We are seeking a dedicated, bold, and resilient People Service Officer to be the first point of contact for internal and external customers for the broader People Learning & Culture (PLC) team. Reporting to the People Service Team Leader, you will provide effective administrative support, as required.

This role is Temporary Full Time to up February 2025.
- Location: Warabrook, NSW, with one day a week working from home. _
- Salary: $60,000pa + superannuation + salary packaging benefits_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain confidential records in an efficient manner.
- Maintain and explain current practice and procedures and follow relevant administrative systems.
- Communicate with People & Culture Teams and the broader organisation on matters that involve obtaining or providing information on probity and employment contracts.
- Provide a wide range of administrative assistance to adhoc projects as they arise.

**About you**:

- Experience using a CRM.
- Strong customer service ethic with attention to detail, both numeracy and literacy.
- Strong administrative skills; time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practices.
- Excellent computer literacy and confidence and capability in using systems and technology including Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
