Our Customer Service Coordinator** **is the first point of contact for our Glaziers and customers. Coordinate and schedule in Glaziers to quote or complete the installation or replacement of glass.
**About the role**:
- Coordinate and schedule installation/replacement of glass
- Support the team by issuing quotes and invoices for daily and project jobs
- Maintain accurate records of schedules
- Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, councils, and sales team
- Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes
**About you**:
- Great coordination, administration, and customer service skills
- Scheduling or planning experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing suppliers and other stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise your work and support the team in branch, glaziers and subcontractors
- Adaptability to ongoing changing work priorities
- Simpro experience preferred, but not essential
