**About the role**:
Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic and supportive environment, loves being part of a collaborative team, and enjoys making a real difference? Aruma is looking for a passionate Employment Administration Support Officer to join our fun and dedicated crew

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Production Services portfolio, helping support key areas like a biscuit factory and manufacturing services. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service, smooth workforce scheduling, payroll processing, procurement, and compliance tracking will keep everything running smoothly. You’ll also be supporting a small team of supported employee's and ensuring productivity, compliance, and financial accuracy - all while maintaining a positive and safe workplace culture.

You’ll collaborate with production leads to coordinate teams, communicate procurement and invoicing needs, and make sure that everything runs seamlessly. With your dedication to customer service, you’ll enhance Aruma’s reputation as a top employer and a trusted provider of commercial services. **About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in Administration or Finance.
- High levels of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong administration and time management skills, demonstrating efficient work practices to coordinate and prioritise tasks.
- Strong computer literacy, demonstrating confidence and capability in using systems and technology.
- A demonstrated team player who is capable of working independently and takes pride in completing work to a high standard.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability and commitment to establish and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs, adopting new systems and technology to support business and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to differing needs.
- Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence (unrestricted) and willingness to use a personal vehicle for work purposes, in accordance with Aruma
- policy.
- Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
