We currently are looking for a Customer Logistics Coordinator to provide customer support for our 3PL and 4PL stakeholders. A key part of this role is to action delivery enquiries, stock collections, POD requests and DMAs in a timely manner. Our main aim is to provide prompt communication on delivery issues and work with carriers on recovering any missed interstate and local deliveries.
Other responsibilities- Be the main point of contact with our transport providers to ensure operational outcomes and service objectives are met- Build relationships with our customers through problem solving and issues resolution- Conduct investigations into logistics/operational errors and service issues- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high level of service is delivered.
About you- Solid background in Logistics and Transport- Experience working in a 3PL/4PL environment- Service management and issues resolution experience within logistics- Ideally have exposure to SAP or similar CRMs- Customer Service mindset and ability to work autonomously.
