As a Delivery Standards Lead in the Commercial & Industrial Customers (C&I) Energy Solutions Team, you will be responsible project management processes and standards including interfaces between project management and other functions that collaborate for successful project delivery. You will drive insights into revenue and profitability and make recommendations in the areas of continuous improvement in business operations and reinforce best practice project management standards by coaching, training and generally enhancing the capability of existing project managers with the Delivery team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading contributor in informing SBES Strategy working closely with peers across SBES to develop integrated strategy and planning as well as coaching, developing and performance managing team members and other employees as required in best practice project management standards.- Managing a wide range of complex stakeholder relationships and maintaining a deep understanding of the needs of stakeholders to ensure all activity delivers the greatest value, specifically supporting senior leadership.- Facilitating and implementing process changes to embed best practice project management standards. This will be achieved through collaborating with and influencing the business stakeholders.- Driving ongoing performance across the group to develop high performing, efficient teams and capability-building including keeping abreast of market, industry and consumer trends and analyses impact to strategy and performance.- Maintaining ownership of key registers and portals for business operation continuity (e.g. licensing register, CER Portals, induction portals, reporting register) and contributing to the Delivery team members people experience by developing and maintaining compliance and exception reports on key project lifecycle gates/milestones to aid Delivery Managers in efficient project management governance.- Ensuring corrective or improvement actions arising from incident investigations or proactive HSE activities are closed out within the agreed timeframes and supporting the HSE function in the delivery of initiatives designed to uplift safety outcomes.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience in project delivery management role within energy solutions projects coupled with a recognised project management qualification.- Demonstrated capability negotiating change between multiple parties, including peer members to align on common standards.- Demonstrated experience in clearly documenting processes and standards that can be easily understood and followed by all team members as well as demonstrated ability implementing and driving compliance to agreed processes and standards, including organising / delivering training and communication.- Strong internal and external stakeholder capability, including demonstrated customer focus, management of third-party stakeholders and negotiating skills as well as change management.- Demonstrated commitment and ability to develop and deliver a strong HSE culture.
