About the role: Due to the creation of a new team, we are looking for two Delivery Managers to support the Data & Analytics function across two separate portfolios. The Data & Analytics Delivery Manager role combines people management with technical skills in Data and Analytics to deliver a variety of projects in the Data & Analytics space. Leading an agile delivery team consisting of Technical Data Business Analysts, Data Engineers and Test Automation Engineers, the Delivery Manager will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of data products.

Some of the things you’ll do are:

- Work with key Business Stakeholders and Product Owners to identify and prioritise projects
- People management for individuals within the delivery team
- Empower the delivery team by removing obstacles and optimising internal processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders and other delivery teams - providing transparency of delivery status
- Conduct sprint planning sessions, sprint retrospectives, run daily stand ups, remove blockers for delivery
- Liaise with Business Stakeholders post-implementation to ensure the delivery product is fit for purpose and being utilised

We’re looking for people who have:

- Proven experience in a Technical Delivery role within the Data & Analytics space
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices
- Good understanding of cloud data platforms ideally in the Azure / Microsoft stack
- Strong interpersonal skills, internal stakeholder management skills with high quality written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational and self-management skills including the ability to quickly adjust work cycles to accommodate emerging priorities
- Stakeholder relationship development experience, with an ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
