**What's on offer?**:
As a Customer Experience Coordinator in Medium Density you will work as part of a team to manage a large portfolio of customers. You will provide an awesome customer journey by coordinating all required elements of the preconstruction workflow from sales acceptance through to construction whilst meeting expected timelines.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure contracts are delivered on time
- Support the coordination of workflow
- Communicate with key stakeholders to proactively progress jobs in preconstruction
