The Role

Office Support
Provide general administrative support, including managing office and kitchen supplies, coordinating maintenance requests.
Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
Provide administrative support to senior managers as required.
Events Coordination
Plan, organize, and execute company events, including meetings, conferences, training, team-building activities, and social gatherings.
Manage quarterly meetings, including the creation of PowerPoint presentations, employee travel, diary management, flights, accommodation, catering, and ensuring smooth execution on the day.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
Source and organize company gifts for employees and customers.
Book worldwide travel and accommodation.
Review visa restrictions and requirements for travel.
Onboarding Employees
Manage onboarding for new employees, including coordinating onboarding packs and conducting office tours.
Coordinate employee recognition programs and Gallup Strengths setup.
Understand and update the Learning Management System for all new employees.
Manage uniform allocation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
**Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
**Adaptability**: Ability to handle unexpected changes or challenges in the workplace with flexibility.
**Administrative Experience**: Previous experience in administrative roles such as an administrative assistant or secretary provides a solid foundation.
