We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and meticulous individual to join our collaborative and friendly team. This is role working from Monday to Friday,20-24 hours a week with flexible working arrangement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide office Admin Support
- Maintain employee information in Internal system
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes
- Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned
- Purchasing
- Reimbursing
- Organize company events, excellent organizational abilities with a proactive
**Qualifications/Experience**
- Qualifications in Business Admin
- Minimum 1 year Admin experience
**Skills**
- Good working attitude
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Agile, resilient and able to work autonomously
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Offices (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
