Let's Play Games is seeking an experienced and energised Event Coordinator to join our team. We'd love someone who loves events and has experience in event planning and delivery for both B2B events like ATA Toy Fair and B2C events like PAX Australia. You'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of various events throughout the year. This is a full time role. Our head office is located in Wetherill Park.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop a comprehensive understanding of the requirements for each event.
  • Work with the marketing team to coordinate and deliver LPG events.
  • Create detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines and checklists
  • Source and liaise with vendors
  • Handle day to day admin of event requirements including order placements, asset creation, staff travel planning, RSVP tracking
  • Hire and manage event personnel across different event functions.
  • Oversee event set up, manage on-site operations and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Manage and deploy marketing event inventory
  • Assist with the communication of key messages to LPG staff, stakeholders, and the wider community via a range of channels including social media.
