**About the Role**

Reporting to the Operational Superintendent, this key leadership position is responsible for achieving and

exceeding production targets by providing a safe, coordinated and supportive focus to all teams. The successful

applicant will work closely with support teams across multiple crushing and processing plants.

The primary responsibilities of a Production Coordinator include:

- maintaining a strong safety focus at all times;
- planning and directing production activities to the processing plant shift supervisors in line with

production priorities;
- liaising with the Maintenance Department in relation to plant shut down and maintenance requirements;
- planning and coordinating plant shutdowns and start-ups;
- coordinating the equipment isolation required for maintenance and shutdowns;
- coordinating the crushing activities to ensure required ore feed is maintained to processing plants; and
- ensuring all operating standards and procedures are adhered to.
- demonstrated commitment to safety in the workplace;
- experience in a similar role or similar industry related experience;
- analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills;
- highly developed interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal; and
- certificate IV in Frontline Management is desirable.
