We are seeking EOIs from experienced Maintenance Event Coordinator - TAR to join our embedded workforce within a client team in Western Australia for a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday in Perth CBD.
Role and responsibilities
The Maintenance Event Coordinator – TAR plays a key function in the coordination and delivery of complex, high-value Turnaround (TAR) events across the client’s operational assets. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to coordinate and support the successful planning and execution of upcoming TAR campaigns. This is a Monday–Friday office-based role (40 hours per week), suitable for someone with previous event-level campaign coordination, planning, or execution support experience in the oil & gas, mining, or infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities aligned to TAR event schedules and key milestones
- Work closely with client-side planners, engineers, and campaign leadership to ensure readiness and resourcing for execution
- Support workforce mobilisation, onboarding, and compliance tracking
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless campaign support
- Track and report on campaign progress, risk flags, and readiness status across workstreams
- Maintain documentation and data integrity across systems and reporting platforms
- Provide administrative support across campaign meetings and status updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years Experience in campaign or shutdown coordination within oil & gas, resources, energy, or related sectors
- Certificate III or IV in Process Plant Technology
- Trade certificate as Mechanic or E&I Technician (preferable)
- Open Drivers Licence
- Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with CTR processes, mobilisation logistics, or TAR scheduling (preferred)
- High attention to detail, with ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environments
- Comfortable working in embedded client environments and liaising across multi-disciplinary teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
