Reporting to the Manager - Accumulations Products and Services, this position supports the Accumulations Products & Services Team in meeting KPI’s for grain accumulation and financial products. It is essential the position holder builds a strong understanding of the end to end Accumulation experience and effectively supports the daily core functions of other team members, ensuring the highest standard of service is delivered.

**Key responsibilities**- Manage Financial Product Administration and devise and execute workflow processes- Ensure seamless product delivery and execution of contracts and general security agreements- Maintain the grain reservations to ensure necessary financial security- Oversee correspondence with users of Financial Products and other stakeholders captured within the CRM audit trail and in accordance with CBH business process standards- Service internal and external customers regarding all accumulations business at high levels and provide accurate and timely execution of all aspects of products & services administration- Assist with Grower enquiries escalated from Grower Services Centre operators, BRMs and internal staff regarding loans, commodity finance, payment issues and Financial Product assessments- Actively support the daily core functions of the broader Accumulations Products and Services team to ensure key performance indicators are met collectively- Support the Lead-Products role with day to day Financial Product delivery and Grower Finance execution- Assist with all demonstrative requirements for Direct to Vessel opportunities- Manage LoadNet nomination services for Cash and Pool Products- Actively support the Contract Admin shared mailbox

**Skills and experience**- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role- Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to resolve complex issues promptly and effectively- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills- Ability to work on multiple tasks, and under pressure- Ability to work autonomously but be a strong contributor to team processes- Process Improvement & Process Mapping- Desirable: Associate degree or degree in business / agriculture / administration or equivalent- Desirable: High level of expertise in accounting and/or agribusiness financing
