Our client based in Spearwood, is seeking an experienced Production Coordindator to join their busy Service team for an ongoing assignment.

Our client based in Spearwood, is seeking an experienced Production Coordindator to join their busy Service team for an ongoing assignment.

**Working hours: Full time 38 Hours (Monday - Friday) 8-4:30pm**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Duration: On
- Going assignment**

**Pay rate: Approx $40ph + super**

**Location: Bibra Lake/ Spearwood**

The Role:
To manage all planning activities that ensure production targets are consistently achieved in a safe, cost effective and efficient manner. This role works closely with the Logistics and Paper Manager with a clear opportunity for growth and success at our Spearwood Location.

**Duties**:

- Planning & scheduling work for all converting machines (Rotary Die-Cutters, Flat-bed Die-Cutter, Flexo & Folder Gluers)
- Analysing data including machine efficiencies, labour allocation & PIFOT (plan in full on time) and provide recommendations to enable improvements
- Liaising with internal supply departments & customers as required.
- Participating in daily production meetings with customer service & actively provide feedback on machines and customer orders.
- Providing clear communications to despatch on delivery performance, including potential problems.
- Troubleshooting unexpected issues and stoppages.
- Rescheduling incomplete work into the next daily plan.
- Ensure high levels of DIFOT (delivered in full on time) performance with cost-effective labour allocation.

You will have:

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Kiwiplan (desired but not essential) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & listening with the ability to clearly explain and communicate data and trends
- Certificate IV or higher in Supply Chain Management is preferred
- Understanding of 'Just in Time' manufacturing principles
- Mechanical aptitude and root cause analysis background
