**About you**:
There are a few things that we’ll look for in your CV.
- You’ve completed year 12 (or year 10 in some cases)
- You’ll have relevant experience working or volunteering in an administrative or customer-oriented role
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computing skills with some experience of MS Office
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently under direction
- Demonstrates the values and behaviours that contribute to a constructive, high-performance culture.

**About the role**:

- Provides general advice as per established procedures to customer enquiries, escalating where necessary, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Performs various tasks under direction and supervision, which are particular to the Business Unit, and which could reasonably be expected to be associated with the position
