**About the role**:
We are seeking a Support Officer Business Analytics for a 3-month contract opportunity. In this role, you will coordinate and administer monthly transaction and process compliance reviews for corporate payments, as well as assist with process improvement projects.

You’ll be based in Leederville. It’s a lively suburb, 5 minutes from Perth’s CBD. There’s plenty of places to eat and hang out, and you’re only 5-minutes away from the nearest train station - An easy commute when you’re heading into the office.

**What the role will involve**:

- Perform periodical transaction non-compliance reviews in accordance with corporate policies and standards for procurement and financial payments.
- Discuss the non-compliance transaction findings with management and respective parties for appropriate decision makings.
- Manage the non-compliance transaction reporting functions in accordance with corporate document management policy.
- Liaise with vendors and other respective parties for effective recovery of non-compliance transactions.
- Assist to investigate and resolve suspected fraudulent activities. Conduct periodical reviews to clear the long outstanding transactions in the Goods Receipts Awaiting Invoices General Ledger account.
- Provide advice on developing and modifying business rules/audit rules and work instructions of transaction non-compliance reviews to align with business process changes

**Key skills and experience**:
You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, with proven experience in engaging with stakeholders and building long term relationships. You will enjoy problem solving and be able to manage a range of projects to a high level of detail within strict deadlines.
