**About the role**

We have a full-time fixed term opportunity for an** Officer - Business Services** to join our Business Performance & Support team in Asset Planning & Delivery Services.

You’ll provide administrative support to Asset Planning & Delivery Group business units.

Based in our Leederville office, this role will be reporting to the Team Leader, Business Services.

**What the role will involve.**

**Inbox Monitoring**: Monitor the team inbox and assign tasks accordingly.

**Onboarding**: Conduct inductions for new personnel and manage business unit onboarding checklists.

**PPE Management**: procurement and issue Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

**Travel Coordination**: Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for intrastate travel by vehicle.

**Purchasing Card Reconciliation**: Reconcile purchasing card transactions using Concur.

**Vehicle Management**: Manage the Project Management vehicle pool service and vehicles assigned to Project Management and Engineering Business Units, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

**Recruitment Administration**: Handle recruitment administrative requests for Project Management and Engineering, including creating TALEO requests and managing agency contractor shopping carts/purchase orders.

**Administrative Support**: Provide advice, education, and input on administrative issues and processes to Business Unit personnel.

**Key skills and experience.**

You’ll have demonstrated experience in in providing a broad range of business, financial and people processing support in a commercially focussed business environment.

Along with experience in developing and maintaining productive working relationships with peers, customers, and stakeholders.

Your ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence with internal stakeholders will ensure success in this role.
