As our newest member and Head of Accounts Payable you will be joining a high performing team with a continuous improvement focus, who work together to meet the needs of our customers.

**Day in the life...**
- Ensuring timely payment of suppliers
- Ensuring timely invoicing of chargebacks
- Monitoring & forecasting volumes & performance to ensure the team is adequately resourced to meet service levels.
- Allocation of onshore and offshore work
- Reconciling and analysing data
- Managing internal and external escalations
- Working with internal stakeholders to improve processes & create efficiencies.
- Managing relationships with the offshore team to drive productivity and quality outcomes.

- Proven ability to inspire and lead teams
- A high level of ownership and proven teamwork skills
- The ability to meet deadlines & work under pressure
- 5+ years’ experience working in an Accounts Payable or Financial Services environment
- 3+ years’ experience in a Leadership role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Working knowledge of Lumina
- Experience working within the Travel Industry
- CA/CPA qualification or studying towards
