**The Role**

Working closely with the firm’s two Principals, this role will be suited to a Practice Manager who enjoys operating as an "all rounder" in an effort to become a leader of this practice in their own right Duties may include:

- Oversee trust account and audit processes
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Monitor monthly billing and budgets
- Prepare financial reports and analyse with Principals
- Staff management including recruitment, reviews and performance management
- Manage leave registers
- Regularly evaluate legal processes and implement new policies and procedures when required
- Ensure renewal of practicing certificates and all relevant insurances
- Oversee CPD training program
- Assist with business development and marketing projects
- Facilities management
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience as a Practice Manager in another law firm
- Knowledge of trust account procedures
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- The vision to identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
- Commercial and strategic focus and a passion for working with the legal profession
- The ability to build quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders

This role is offered on a PART-TIME basis, ideally 3 days per week. Discussions around days/hours are flexible, with the opportunity to work from home also welcomed.

Generous salary on offer and will be dependant on experience.
