Our client is a an award winning accounting firm in Australia. They are seeking a Practice Manager who is proactive, motivational and professional to manage their CBD practice.

This role is responsible for the customer service, staff management and day to day running of their firm in the CBD. If you are an experienced Practice Manager looking for a new challenge this is an exciting role to consider.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Day to day operational running of the firm
- Staff management including, performance reviews, rostering and team building exercises
- Build and maintain key relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- IT liaison
- Assisting with the recruitment and training of staff
- Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:

- Experience managing a Practice
- Ability to motivate staff and train new staff
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform in a busy practice
