**About the role**
- Own end-to-end People Operations - for example, HRIS ongoing management, policy coordination, WHS, compliance training, support diversity initiatives and WGEA reporting
- Deliver amazing employee experiences - for example, ‘surprise and delight’ program, recognition, onboarding, offboarding and coordination of annual performance management and remuneration process
- Exceed expectations when responding to internal customer queries
- Design initiatives to increase efficiencies, enhanced capability, productivity, retention of talent and employment engagement
- Promote effective ways of working, support organisational change and manage risks

**About you**

You are a people nerd and proud of it You would be a tenured People Operations leader and have a passion for helping start-ups and scale-ups on their growth journeys. You are results driven and enjoy a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Advanced user of HR tech with a passion for improving efficiency and optimising tools
- Knowledge of Australian employment laws as well as contemporary and progressive P&C practices
- Attention to detail and organisational multi-taking superstar
- Excited by building and iterating on people processes and experiences
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills - you are great at keeping people in the loop
- ‘The glue’ that brings people together and helps create a positive, collaborative vibe
- Personable, authentic and able to influence
- Bachelor HR/Commerce/Psychology plus post graduate qualifications
