**The Company**

Lotus People are thrilled to be partnering with this luxury retail brand in finding a People Operations Specialist to join their collaborative team The company boasts a collaborative and fantastic team culture with offices based in Sydney.

**About the role**

We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join a dynamic and innovative HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting data-driven decision-making by providing insights and analysis to the team. You will also help coordinate compliance efforts, benefits administration, and rewards. You will play a key role in supporting data driven decision making through the provision of key metrics, analysis and insights.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have a background in retail apart of a remuneration and benefits role. Having previous experience in gathering market data and working with awards will see you excel in this role.

**Duties**
- HR Budgeting and Reporting - ANZ
- Workforce planning
- Rewards - including coordinating compensation reviews, and coaching stakeholders on Performance and Benefits
- HR Compliance and WHS
- Support and coach stakeholders on people systems (Workday) and manage data
- Coordinate leave management and coach stakeholders on

**Experience**
- Experience with a generalist, compensations and benefits or remuneration HR position, with retail experience being advantageous
- Strong Excel experience
