Reporting to the Head of People Planning & Operations, you will manage the relationship with the People Delivery team in the Global Shared Service Center (GSSC) and Australian Pacific region team, ensuring high-quality employee experience and service delivery in a fast-paced business environment.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure knowledge management is aligned to our framework, promotes self-service and customer focused approaches.
Your new role Key responsibilities will include : Understand and appreciate factors contributing to a great Employee Experience and bridge service gaps within the GSSC and region.
Leading projects to enhance process system and efficiency, using data insights for continuous improvement.
Facilitating and hands-on support to review and update knowledge management with region Service Owners Working with stakeholders to ensure system accuracy of data and service.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively on all operational aspects.
Act as a Workday super user, managing escalated enquiries and building continuous improvement action plans.
About you To be successful in this role you will have experience working collaboratively with border less partners, fostering a one team approach across the end-to-end employee experience.
You will have a detailed knowledge of best practice HR processes and practices with a real focus on self-service, automation and simplicity.
Additionally you will have a background in managing projects and change with people, systems and process redesign with the customer in mind.
