Lotus People are thrilled to be partnering with this leading technology business to secure a driven administrator to support their Global People Operations team. The organisation is passionate about providing innovative customer solutions within their market, and pride themselves on their internal training and development programs.

In terms of flexibility, the team are currently working from the office 1 day per week. However, the business is proud to have an extremely modern, open and collaborative office culture and all staff are welcome to work from the office as often as they desire.

**THE ROLE**

The role of the People Operations Coordinator will see you:

- Draft and prepare employment contracts
- Maintain staff records and employee files
- On-board new employees through an internal software platform
- Help to manage a shared mailbox and answer queries from all over the world
- Assist with ad-hoc projects for the team

If you are energetic, bright and have an interest in the tech space then this is the role for you. This is truly the dream role with the dream team The role is a 12 month fixed term position with strong chance of permanency.

This role will suit someone who possesses the following:

- Previous administration experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
