Leasing Officer role ASAP start - Local Government South of the River

**Your new company**

Your new company is a Local Council based South of Perth CBD. They cover 16 suburbs in WA and regularly organise events and projects for the community, with their vision being to improve community engagement and quality of living.

**Your new role**

Your new role as Leasing Officer is a Temporary role commencing ASAP. The role is Monday - Friday 38 hours per week, within the hours 7.30am - 5.00pm. Responsibilities include:

- Develop, review, negotiate and monitor leases and licences
- Assist with development and implementation of operational procedures
- Advise Directors and Managers on matters requiring attention, and implement decisions made
- Ensure that the City’s obligations as both Lessor and Lessee are met
- Provide advice regarding both existing leases and leasing matters for new City properties at design stage

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong Leasing & Administration experience
- Supervisory Experience (highly regarded)
- Ability to pass a Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol
- National Police Clearance (Within 3 months)
- Local Government experience (highly regarded)
