We are looking for a Property Leasing Administrator with relevant experience in Office and Retail properties in Perth CBD. The opportunity is to work with a well-established and progressive company with APAC presence including Perth, Australia.

The Property Leasing Administrator will work closely with the leasing Manager in Perth to provide administration support to the Property and Commercial teams across new and existing agreements, leases and licenses.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Collection of contractual documentation and ensure documents comply with contract including bank guarantees, insurance policies
  • Prepare online requests to execute forms & issue workflow for execution of contracts.
  • Update the tenant database (MRI) with contract changes, information variations and insurance details. 
  • Generate reports for rent reviews, billing reports.
  • Assist with audits of lease documents and compliance, contribute to the review and improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Hold and strengthen relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders and external stakeholders including tenants, property valuers and other consultants and coordinate with them to ensure an accurate and timely response to queries and information requests.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant 3-5 years property administration or lease administration background 
  • Ideally a relevant tertiary qualification. 
  • outstanding attention to detail and are a strong communicator
  • Possess great ability to build relationships quickly.  
  • Proactive and consistently look for better ways of working together with our stakeholders to drive better outcomes.
  • Excellent team player, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
