**About the role**:
In line with the Greater Curtin Master Plan, Curtin University has embarked on the development of its Perth campus into a collaborative innovation precinct that cultivates a vibrant residential, social, professional and commercial urban community.

Curtin has a broad range of tenants - retail (F&B), commercial, office, research, telcos, and sports associations to name a few. To succeed in the role, you will be using your:

- excellent interpersonal and commercial analysis skills to assist the Commercial Manager negotiate and manage contracts, related issues and stakeholders for new and existing tenancies;
- 3+ years property industry experience and solid understanding of lease agreements to work closely with the legal team on documents such as agreements for lease, leases and licences;
- strong MS Office (min Intermediate) and numeracy skills to assist in documenting business processes and providing concise and well-presented reports and financial analysis for leadership review.

You will also have property management responsibilities and support the team in managing tenants or matters where Curtin itself is a tenant.
