Your role at St John of God Health Care

You will be responsible for supporting the property management of all St John of God Health Care (SJGHC) owned and leased property. You will provide support for the management of all leases and trust accounting services, including contributing to and improving processes and reporting on overall financial outcomes of the portfolio.

The Position
- Assist with Property Management of all SJGHC Hospital Property Leases (approx. 300), including coordinating lease terms and documentation.
- Administer the trust accounting system for the SJGHC tenanted property portfolio, including lease set-up, rent previews, arrears management, critical dates, expiries and renewals.
- Administer the property management system for the SJGHC tenanted property portfolio, including maintenance of tenant insurance information, tenant security and guarantees, Lease documentation, and accurate Tenancy Schedule.
- Assist with preparation of annual income and expenditure budgets for the portfolio in conjunction with other members of the property team overseen by Manager Property and Leasing
- Assist in the reparation, reconciliation and presentation of monthly rental accounts and financial reports.
- Coordinate sundry charges from Divisions for invoicing and prepare annual variable outgoings budgets and reconciliations for Tenants
- First point of contact for Tenant queries regarding their lease and invoicing issues
- Assist Manager, Property & Leasing to assess/set market rental parameters for Landlord owned and leased properties at all sites (east and west).
- Assist Manager, Property & Leasing in reporting performance of whole of Landlord property portfolio to senior management.
- Assist the Manager Property & Leasing with the maintenance of the national Property Register (Landlord as lessee and lessor).
- Maintain accuracy of Lease records on SJGHC‘s contract management system.
- Assist with administration of leasing obligations for SJGHC Group Services premises (SJGHC as Tenant).
- Liaise with the relevant property landlord or agent in relation to site and account queries, where relevant.

You will have minimum 3 years demonstrated leasing administration and property management experience in the private property sector.

To succeed you will possess a current Property Manager or Real Estate registration.

- Salary $83,066 to $85,342 plus 11.5% Superannuation
- Permanent fulltime position working 76 hours a fortnight
