**The Role**:
BG&E is a growing organisation, Talent supports the business to achieve the hiring goals and as we continue to grow nationally and afar, to support this we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the P&C team.

This role is open to time flexibility / Part time hours we offer flexible WFH collaboration and we are based in an ideal location in Collins St close to all stations.

You will be partnering with the organisation to achieve sourcing and attraction for a range of engineering roles, hard to fill roles and leadership positions. This will have you creatively looking to attract talent for hard to fill, specialist roles through pro-active, innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment drives.

**About You**:

- Internal or agency recruitment experience an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to manage, collaborate and influence stakeholders in a supportive and professional manner.
- A team player who can support others in a busy environment
- Ability to work independently prioritise a busy workload
- Previous experience with Recruitment Tools / systems advantageous
