There is an opportunity to join a Daily Essentials Australian retailer as a Talent Acquisition Advisor.

This role will take ownership of recruitment and talent processes across the business. Their culture and values underpin everything they do, and they truely value people.

As the Talent Acquisition Advisor you’ll use your experience and confidence to ensure they have great talent joining our business. This is a fast-paced role which will require excellent time management and communication skills. You’ll also be joining a close-knit HR team who like to have fun while they work

This role would suit someone who has previous experience in retail recruitment, who is ready to take a step-up. You'll receive excellent training, and have the opportunity to add to your growing skill-set, all whilst showcasing your profile across all levels of the business. You'll be empowered to deliver excellence and make decisions that impact and shape the business.

**What you will be doing...**
- Participate in recruitment events within the company and externally;
- Support employer branding efforts and social media outreach;

**You are best suited for the role if you**
- Are at your best in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
- Have superior interpersonal skills;
- Enjoy working collaboratively as a team; but also take responsibility for your own projects and work independently;
- Have recruitment experience from a retail Agency environment or retail internal recruitment role;
- Pagea or similar ATS programs;
- Have a passion & drive for delivering exceptional candiate care and a quality recruitment experience every time
