Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Victoria, Melbourne (Hybrid)
Company: Hudson Talent Solutions (Onsite with a Global Client)
About the Role:
Hudson Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced Recruiter to support a global client in the specialty chemicals and manufacturing industry, with a strong presence in water treatment, life sciences, and industrial solutions. This role is based in Melbourne and operates in a remote capacity. While primarily remote, there may be occasional onsite requirements to collaborate with teams, hiring managers, and HR partners in delivering high‑quality end‑to‑end recruitment solutions.
The role will be responsible for hiring across key functions including engineering, sales & marketing, commercial, and corporate services, playing a vital role in helping the business attract and retain top talent across Australia.
This is an ongoing part-time role, typically 4 days per week. We're committed to finding a flexible working solution that aligns with the successful candidate's needs
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on market trends, recruitment strategy, and best practices.
- Talent Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing techniques to attract candidates, including direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, and networking within relevant sectors.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-touch, engaging recruitment experience that reflects our client's values and supports employer brand.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote inclusive hiring practices that align with the client's global D&I objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Share insights on competitor activity, talent trends, and salary benchmarks—particularly within the chemical manufacturing and industrial sectors
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven TA experience, ideally gained within manufacturing, engineering, chemical, water treatment, life sciences, or industrial sectors.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to partner with hiring managers, influence decision-making, and manage competing priorities.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional, consultative, and proactive.
- Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a mix of onsite and remote work.
Why Join Hudson Talent Solutions:
- Meaningful Work: Support a globally recognised client with a mission tied to innovation and sustainability.
- Career Growth: Access professional development, global RPO experience, and long-term career pathways.
- Collaborative Culture: Be part of a supportive, people-first team that values initiative, partnership, and excellence.
- Flexible Setup: Work primarily from home while staying connected with the team.
