The Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, warm and engaging person to join Dexus as a casual, part-time Guest Relations Associate based in Melbourne, supporting Dexus Place.
As a Guest Relations Associate at Dexus Place, you'll see first-hand how important people are to our business. You'll exercise your naturally curious mind, working to understand what our customers need and enabling that before they even ask.

The role:
Working closely with Centre Manager for Dexus Place, Melbourne you will ensure the smooth day to day running across various executive workspaces. Answering and directing any calls, meeting, and greeting guests and assisting with anything required to ensure that all clients are provided with a first-class service. You will assume management of the meeting rooms, ensuring the various spaces are set up correctly depending on function. The preparation of food and beverage delivery to the rooms including business lunches, along with overseeing the café areas to ensure they remain presentable. Liaising directly with internal and external stakeholders, building relationships with employees and a knowledge of internal business units, whilst also rostering relationships with internal staff, Board members and third-party suppliers.

This is an exciting role which balances guest support and hospitality, various administrative tasks and supervision of bookings surrounding the corporate workspace, ensuring Dexus Place is both an enjoyable and exceptional place to visit.

About you:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in the corporate reception or in a hosting role with exposure to high-end corporate environments and customers.

You will have outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to use initiative and work autonomously, proven ability to work in a highly flexible and changing environment and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

This position is ideally 3 days a week, with flexibility to pick up hours as needed.
