**The Opportunity**
- We are currently looking or an experienced Guest Services Manager/Tour Leader or tourism professional to join a unique hotel in Melbourne.
- You’ll be responsible for leading and developing their guest services team.
- Not only will you ensure the department is run smoothly but you'll be able to provide clients with once off experiences in Melbourne and have them leave wanting to return over and over again.
- In addition you'll be able to build and retain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments.

**The Must Haves**
- Previous hotel or tourism management experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Be little quirky and enjoy a laugh or two in your day
