**The role**:
Opportunity to provide daily administration support to the management team.
- Providing administrative support
- Daily KPI reports
- Ad-hoc engagements and responsibilities
- Booking meetings and maintaining records
- New vendor forms
- Raising purchase orders
- Scheduling
- General filing, archiving and bookkeeping
- Provide support to the Senior management team

**About you**:

- Previous experience with financial administration is essential
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional administration and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
- Able to solve problems and generate solutions
