**Job Description**:
This newly created role, based in Wetherill Park, requires an individual with experience to provide Administration support to the team. You will be joining an excellent team environment within a well established manufacturing organisation.

Based on the front desk, the role will include, however not be limited to, the following:

- Meet and greet guests, in a friendly and timely manner
- Provide proactive and high quality administration support
- Coordinate and book meeting rooms and equipment as required
- Provide support to Executive team
- Effectively work with high level, confidential matters
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for Executive Managers
- Assist with preparation of presentations and documents
- A professional manner and presentation
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent computer skills/admin skills
- Be highly organised

We will be interviewing immediately for this role, for an ASAP start.
