We have a position open for a Water Service Coordinator who can contribute to a positive team environment, focused on personal and professional growth through exceptional customer service.

The successful applicant will possess:

- Experience in Sydney Water Building Plan Approval & Section 73 an advantage but not necessary
- Demonstrated experience working as an administrator or coordinator preferably within another Water Servicing Coordinator company or a Sydney Water accredited sewer/water construction company.
- Sydney Water E-Developer listing
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to follow direction & work autonomously.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High level attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Able to work independently.
- Positive attitude
- Excellent Customer Service approach

The role consists of:

- Undertake administration duties to support Project Managers and Senior Staff
- Assist and support fellow team members.
- Coordinate projects including invoicing, requesting quotes, issuing construction packages and booking all inspections required.
- Customer's point of contact from start to finish of projects, review plans to co-ordinate with Sydney Water building plan approvals for clients' projects.
- Assist with Customer Service enquiries relating to Section 73 Certification, Project Management and Design
- Liaise with Constructors
- Use of Sydney Water's Systems
- General administration duties

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
