**The role**
The Experiential Learning Coordinator oversees the planning and coordination of particular programs/activities at the School that enhances the learning experiences of students K-12 which fall outside of the core curricular offerings.
The role will ensure learning programs are effectively planned, managed with a focus on delivering optimal outcomes for students.

- held a similar position and or exposure to education / exodus programs in a K-12 setting
- a passionate and strong advocate for experiential learning outside of the classroom
- willingness to engage all key stakeholders in the development of new signature programs
- ability to support staff in the pre and post planning of experiential learning experiences
- have tertiary qualifications or post graduate qualifications in physicla education, environmental science or allied fields
- have demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships and deliver excellent service with both internal and external stakeholders
- display a high level of emotional intelligence
- possess high level written and verbal communication skills including computer skills and literacy
- be willing to be involved in all aspects of the School’s programs
- hold a current Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
- Must have a current National Police Check or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
