With multiple F & B outlets, a fantastic calendar of events and promotions, great kids’ entertainment facilities, brilliant community involvement and exceptional sporting facilities, the Marketing Team at St Marys Rugby League Club are a busy bunch And we’re now looking for a Marketing Activations Coordinator to join our dynamic and passionate team, responsible for ensuring all promotions, raffles and events run smoothly.

**The Role & You**:
To be considered for this role, you’ll need to bring a big personality, a great energy and commitment to the job and have the ability to embrace the role of the Clubs MC. You’ll be one of those people with an awesome “can-do” attitude, have great attention to detail and communication skills, a passion for getting things done and love working in a team environment.

In this “hands-on” role, you will report to the Marketing Manager fulfilling the following criteria:

- Ensure all marketing advertising in the Club is current and well-presented in the eyes of our customers
- Provide administration support for the other members of the Marketing Team
- Conduct regular reviews of competitor raffles whilst coordinating all weekly and special event raffles at the Club including:

- Sourcing and controlling delivery of all prizes
- Set up of raffles ensuring they are well displayed and of high quality
- Accurate record keeping of all raffle costings and sales
- Ensure all promotions run smoothly by making sure all prizes are delivered in time, all paperwork and artwork is current, and staff/departments are fully aware of the promotion
- You’ll be great on a microphone as our MC for all major promotions and special events and effectively become the “face” of the St Marys Rugby League Club promotional team
- Keep up-to-date, accurate databases of all gift card orders, raffle sales, Bingo & Cash Housie sales, promotional sales and winners’ details, therefore Excel experience a must.
- Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute special events such as Girls Night In, Mother’s Day, Seniors Shows and Kids shows
- Design, plan, coordinate and execute kids’ entertainment with the Marketing team
