We are looking for an enthusiastic Student Enrolment Co-ordinator to work closely with the Student Enrolment Manager and the team to coordinate the enrolment process including reviewing processes with a view to continuous improvement of the enrolment and engagement strategies. A primary focus of the role is the implementation and coordination of activities, processes and onboarding program for new families to support the Student Enrolment Manager in the School meeting enrolment targets in Years K-12 in the current and future years.
You must be aligned with the School’s ethos, vision and values. You will possess a positive outlook, exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships.
**The successful applicant**:
- Tertiary qualifications or Post Graduate qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications or allied fields are highly desirable.
- Will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
- Will have demonstrated ability to project manage positive working relationships and deliver excellent client service with both internal and external customers.
- Has demonstrated knowledge of administrative processes and Funnel databases i.e. Synergetic.
- Has high level stakeholder engagement experience
- Has sound analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution’s focused and growth mindset.
- Must have high level planning and organisational skill.
- Must hold a current Employee Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain.
- National Police History Check (obtained within the last 6 months)
