Investor Relations Manager – Energy Sector (Melbourne or Sydney)

Our client is a globally focused energy company headquartered in Melbourne with oil production and exploration assets in Brazil and US. We are seeking to appoint an Investor Relations Manager reporting to the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Communications. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected, fast-growing energy business in a visible and influential role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in transforming complex strategy, operational, and financial data into simple, compelling investment messages for the market and internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of clear, consistent, and credible investor materials (results, presentations, releases, and market commentary).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts, investors, media, and internal senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to our clients positioning as a trusted and responsible operator in global energy markets.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, funds management, or corporate communications.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of the listed markets.
- Experience in the energy or resources sector preferred.
- Proven ability to craft and deliver clear narratives that engage diverse stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative, commercially minded, and eager to contribute in a dynamic listed company environment.
