About the role 

This role supports the Senior Manager, Investor Relations and the Director, Treasury & Investor Relations in delivering TWE's investor relations program. You'll provide deep analytical insights on financial results, market trends, and competitors, while supporting high-quality external reporting and investor engagement.

  • Prepare regular reports and insights for the Board, CFO, and leadership team

  • Analyse competitor results, market dynamics, and share register movements

  • Support interim and annual reporting, including drafting disclosure materials

  • Manage and benchmark sell-side research, forecasts, and consensus data

  • Assist with investor engagement events and key investor day preparation

About you 

You're a detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for financial markets. With a mix of technical expertise and interpersonal strengths, you thrive in delivering insights that influence decision-making and investor confidence.

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Economics

  • CA/CPA and/or postgraduate Finance qualifications (advantageous)

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with clear communication

  • Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
